Human Form

Long a staple of artists, the human form offers many challenges to the artist. I have experimented from time to time with the subject. There is something about film grain that lends itself to this type of work.

I can create grain in Photoshop, but real grain is magical, as you don’t know what will happen until the print is in the fixer.

Finally my most recent self-study, too nude for Facebook. I wanted the final image to look like a cross between a photo and a sketch.
