“CONSTRUCTION” Ornamental Allegoric Bas-relief sculpture were very common. These are in the Art-Deco style, designed by Jacobine Jones in 1937, and represent the Canada’s seven principal industries at the time: fishing, electricity, mining, agriculture, forestry, manufacturing, and construction.
